Drive System
Hydraulic drive system mainly has two types, pump-driven and
pump-accumulator-driven two types. The pump directly drives the pump of the
drive system to supply the high pressure working fluid to the hydraulic
cylinder. The flow distribution valve is used to change the direction of
supplied oil. The relief valve is used to regulate the limited pressure of the
system and at the same time act as a safety overflow. This kind of driving
system has few links and simple structure. The pressure can be increased and
decreased automatically according to the required working force, which reduces
the power consumption. But the maximum work force and the maximum working speed
of the hydraulic press are required to determine the capacity of the pump and
its driving motor. This type of drive system for small and medium-sized
hydraulic press, but also directly with the pump-driven system to large free
forging hydraulic press(such as 120000 kN).
Pump-accumulator drive,
In this drive system there is an accumulator or group of accumulators.
When the high-pressure working fluid pump supply a margin, the storage by the
accumulator; and when the supply is not enough, it will complement the supply
by the accumulator. This system can be used according to the average amount of
high-pressure working fluid pump and motor capacity, but because the working
fluid pressure is constant, a large amount of energy consumption, and the
system links, the structure is more complex. This drive system is used for
large hydraulic presses, or a set of drive systems to drive several hydraulic presses.
Structure type
According to the direction of the force, hydraulic press machine has
two kinds structure: vertical and horizontal. Most of the hydraulic press is
vertical, more extrusion hydraulic press machine is horizontal. According to
the structure type, the hydraulic press has two columns, four columns, eight
columns, welding frame and tie-bar frame and other types, medium and small
vertical hydraulic machine has C-frame. C-frame hydraulic press open on three
sides, easy to operate, but poor rigidity. In the vertical four-post hydraulic
press for forging, the cylinder is fixed on the upper beam, the plunger is
rigidly connected with the movable beam, and the movable beam is guided by the
column, moving up and down under the action of the working fluid pressure. The
beam can be moved back and forth on the table. An anvil and an anvil are
mounted under the movable beam and on the work surface, respectively. Work
force by the upper and lower beams and columns composed of the framework to
bear. Pump-accumulator-driven large and medium-sized free-forging hydraulic
press often uses three working cylinders, in order to get three work force. The
working cylinder is also provided with an upwardly exerting balance cylinder
and a return cylinder.
Product application
The equipment is especially suitable for bending, forming and flanging
parts of center load parts. It can be used in punching and blanking processing
after being equipped with punching and buffering device. It is widely used in electronic
device,automobile industries,shipbuilding industry, pressure vessel industry
and chemical industry.
