Basic Introduction
Hydraulic press machine (also known as:oil press machine) is a use of
liquid static pressure to process metal, plastic, rubber, wood, powder and
other products machinery. It is often used for pressing and forming processes,
such as: forging, stamping, cold extrusion, straightening, bending, flange,
sheet metal deep drawing, powder metallurgy, press fit and so on.
Its principle is to use liquid pressure transmission that base on the Pascal's
law, there are many different types. Of course, the use is also varied
according to needs. If the transfer of pressure by the type of liquid points, there
are two major categories:oil press and water press.
Working Principle
The basic principle is that the hydraulic pump is used to transport the
hydraulic oil to the integrated cartridge valve block, and the hydraulic oil is
distributed to the upper chamber or the lower chamber of the cylinder through
the one-way valve and the relief valve, and the cylinder is moved under the
action of high pressure oil,it is the equipment to use of liquid to transmit
pressure. Liquids follow the Pascal's law when transferring pressure in a
closed container. The hydraulic drive system of four-post hydraulic press is
composed of power system, control system, executing system, auxiliary system
and working medium. Power institutions usually use the oil pump as the driving
force, usually uses the product-type pump. In order to meet the requirements of
the speed of the implementing agencies, it will use one oil pump or a number of
pumps. Low pressure (oil pressure less than 2.5MP) with the gear pump; medium
pressure (oil pressure less than 6.3MP) with vane pump; high pressure (oil
pressure less than 32.0MP) with a piston pump.
