Basic structure

Drive System
Hydraulic drive system mainly has two types, pump-driven and pump-accumulator-driven two types. The pump directly drives the pump of the drive system to supply the high pressure working fluid to the hydraulic cylinder. The flow distribution valve is used to change the direction of supplied oil. The relief valve is used to regulate the limited pressure of the system and at the same time act as a safety overflow. This kind of driving system has few links and simple structure. The pressure can be increased and decreased automatically according to the required working force, which reduces the power consumption. But the maximum work force and the maximum working speed of the hydraulic press are required to determine the capacity of the pump and its driving motor. This type of drive system for small and medium-sized hydraulic press, but also directly with the pump-driven system to large free forging hydraulic press(such as 120000 kN).

Pump-accumulator drive,
In this drive system there is an accumulator or group of accumulators. When the high-pressure working fluid pump supply a margin, the storage by the accumulator; and when the supply is not enough, it will complement the supply by the accumulator. This system can be used according to the average amount of high-pressure working fluid pump and motor capacity, but because the working fluid pressure is constant, a large amount of energy consumption, and the system links, the structure is more complex. Structure type

Working Principle

The basic principle is that the hydraulic pump is used to transport the hydraulic oil to the integrated cartridge valve block, and the hydraulic oil is distributed to the upper chamber or the lower chamber of the cylinder through the one-way valve and the relief valve, and the cylinder is moved under the action of high pressure oil,it is the equipment to use of liquid to transmit pressure. Liquids follow the Pascal's law when transferring pressure in a closed container. The hydraulic drive system of four-post hydraulic press is composed of power system, control system, executing system, auxiliary system and working medium. Power institutions usually use the oil pump as the driving force, usually uses the product-type pump. Low pressure (oil pressure less than 2.5MP) with the gear pump; medium pressure (oil pressure less than 6.3MP) with vane pump; high pressure (oil pressure less than 32.0MP) with a piston pump.
